Privacy & submissions

Visitor entry is free. Visitor and exhibitor registration collects your name, email, optional phone number, organisation and name-tag details for event administration, name-tag preparation and relevant event updates. Exhibitors enquire first. After the organisers confirm participation, team members can register using a private invitation link, or the organisers can enter authorised staff details on their behalf. General enquiries are recorded so the team can respond.

Sponsorship, media and networking requests are saved for the organising team to follow up. Newsletter and WhatsApp preferences are optional and recorded only when you request updates. You can withdraw your request by contacting info@phoneux.com. Visitor contact details are not published in the exhibitor directory. Business profiles and partner logos appear only when published by an organiser.

Signing in creates a business account using the identity details supplied through ChatGPT. Draft stories and uploaded images are visible to your account and authorised editorial staff. Approved, paid stories become public only when the team publishes them.

Business stories are sponsored content and are labelled accordingly. Submit only material you own or have permission to publish. Do not include private information about other people. We may request changes before agreeing publication.

Publication fees and placement are agreed before payment. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by Phone UX. Payment does not guarantee publication of content that breaches the agreed editorial terms.
